🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Solara Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer a replacement or full refund.
🔁 Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
💰 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Recommended)
For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain personal items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
